Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policy is your point of reference should unforeseen circumstances prohibit you from attending a course / workshop you have registered to attend, or in the unlikely event that HandCoach needs to postpone or move a course.

If you need to cancel
We understand that on occasions participants may need to cancel their place on a course. We require:
- you to inform HandCoach in writing of your need to cancel your place a minimum of 10 working days prior to the course.
- Upon written notification of participant cancellation, HandCoach will refund the course fees less than 30% plus the cost of any supplied material (electronic material will not incur a charge).
- Cancellation within 10 working days of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
If we need to cancel
The cancellation of a course is a matter taken very seriously and is avoided where possible. If HandCoach cancels a course (e.g. course running costs not covered due to small participant numbers) the following is applicable:
- Course registration fees will be refunded in full to each registered participant.
- Registered participants have the option to transfer their registration to another course.
- All registered participants will be notified by email.
- HandCoach is not liable for any costs associated with airfares or accommodation.
- HandCoach recommends that participants consider travel insurance and booking flexible flights and accommodation.
