Paediatric Splinting
A complete paediatric hand therapy splinting program designed for clinicians
who want specialist skills
without needing to travel or wait for in‑person workshops.
Workshop Description
Paediatric patients are different from adult patients and can pose many challenges. This specialized, online CPD course provides a valuable learning opportunity for Paediatric Therapists who treat hands, and Hand Therapists who treat children!
We address upper limb issues that arise when treating musculoskeletal, congenital and neuromuscular conditions in a paediatric patient. Presented with support from evidence-based information regarding normal hand development, evaluation, therapeutic intervention and splinting intervention.
For the practical components of the workshop, it is preferable for attendees to have someone to practice on during the sessions
