Introduction to Hand Therapy
Start Your Hand Therapy Journey - Anytime, Anywhere
Workshop Description
Our popular “Introduction to Hand Therapy” workshop is now available as a fully pre-recorded digital course. Designed for clinicians new to the field or those preparing for hospital rotations, private practice or post-grad study, this engaging introductory course includes demonstration of subjective and objective assessments, basic treatment techniques, a review of upper limb anatomy and some practical basic splinting. This workshop will assist therapists to understand the rationale for treatment protocols in relation to tissue healing, and to use clinical reasoning skills for assessment and treatment implementation. You will receive the same step-by-step demonstrations from our live sessions – now with the ability to pause and rewind as you master the basics of clinical reasoning and splinting protocols.
For the practical components of the workshop, it is preferable for attendees to have someone to practice on during the sessions
