Paediatric Splinting
Workshop Description
Paediatric patients are different from adult patients and can pose many challenges. This specialized, hands-on hybrid online CPD course provides a valuable learning opportunity for Paediatric Therapists who treat hands, and Hand Therapists who treat children!
We will address upper limb issues that arise when treating musculoskeletal, congenital and neuromuscular conditions in a paediatric patient. Presented with support from evidence-based information regarding normal hand development, evaluation, therapeutic intervention and splinting intervention.
- Hybrid/Zoom Option Available
"This can be attended remotely via Zoom. For the practical components of the workshop,
it is preferable for attendees to have someone to practice on during the sessions"
Presented by: Alison Coyle
